Just saw this really good movie. It's a little late, so I'm just going to throw up a few quotes from some other reviews that sum up my first impressions of the movie:
- "CG robots are better at expressing emotion than Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Christensen, and Katie Holmes combined." - from Five Things I Learned from WALL-E by Sacha Howells
- "Saving the world became secondary to the power of holding hands. There is an amazing amount of life and humanity throughout and a quality message to boot." - from WALL*E by Jeff Bayer
Lastly, I think Eve looks a little bit like Apple's Automator icon, mixed with some iPod, and a bit of the old iMac. Not that this says anything about the movie, but it's interesting considering that Jonathan Ive helped to design Eve's look.

Hey, I just stumbled across your blog from Last.fm. I like it quite a bit. I hope you don't mind if I leave some comments.
FINALLY! Somebody who likes Wall-E as well. I knew that people who like Wall-E existed, but for some reason, they remain hidden from me. There is just something intangible about the film that makes it so endearing to me.
Something to say?
